NDC primaries: Aseidu Nketia’s son wins Tano South

Charles Aseidu, the son of the National Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has won the party’s parliamentary primaries in the Tano South constituency.

Mr. Asiedu beat three others to lead the NDC parliamentary primaries race for the 2024 elections.

In Accra, the daughter of the late former President Jerry John Rawlings, Dr Zenator Agyemang-Rawlings also retained her seat. Dr. Agyemang-Rawlings beat her close contender Meredith Naakai Lamptey-Addy, the daughter of the late business mogul, David Lamptey to lead the party in election 2024.
