
Malama Dangana International School was over the weekend adjudged the best and most Disciplined School at the 65th Independence Day at the Ga North Municipality Independence Day celebration held in Accra. For emerging the Most Discipline School in the March pass, the school was awarded a certificate of participation, a citation and a trophy jointly by the Ga North Municipal Assembly and the District Education Directorate. Many schools within the Municipality participated in the parade which has been held across the country on the theme, “Working together, bouncing back better.” ‘Consolidating our gains”.
The founder of the school, Hajia Malama Fatimatu Watara also known as Malama Dangana stated that the school is highly honoured to have emerged as the most Discipline School in the March pass adding that it was the school’s first ever participation. He commended the students, staff and cadet trainers of the school for their hard work and discipline that has earned glory for the school.
Hajiya, Malama Fatimatu Watara expressed her profound gratitude to the Ga North municipal assembly and the education directorate for organising a successful Independence Day Celebration. This year’s Independence Day parade was held in the Central Region where President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo took the national salute.
