Chairman of the Ghana Hajj Board Sheikh I.C Quaye has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia prior to hajj 2020. Sheikh I.C Quaye met with Saudi officials to discuss and make necessary arrangements ahead of this year’s hajj pilgrimage.

The MOU was signed in Jedda Saudi Arabia at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Mr. I.C Quaye used the opportunity to express his sincere gratitude to Saudi authorities for their relentless efforts to create a conducive environment for pilgrims from around the world.

Ghanaian pilgrims in particular encounter various issues such as accommodation during hajj.  However, last year, several pilgrims were delighted about the arrangements made by Ghana Hajj Board and It is our hope that this year’s hajj will even be better than 2019.
