Accra Grushie Chief Sends Goodwill Message To Fellow Muslims

The Greater Accra Paramount Chief of Grushie, Chief Alhaji Ibrahim Mojo has congratulated Muslims on the occasion of Eid el Fitr and the completion of the Ramadan fasting.

The Grushie Chief called on fellow Muslims to practice the lesson of the celebration, which is giving out to the less privileged. Muslims across the world mark the Eid el Fitr celebration which is held at the end of each Ramadan. The chief urged Muslims to continue on the path of spirituality, peaceful co-existence, and to remain tolerant of other religious denominations in the country. Special supplications were made for Muslims across the world to witness more Ramadan and celebrate more Eid-el-Fitri in peace, good health and prosperity.

Chief Ibrahim Mojo revealed that Ramadan teaches abstinence from worldly pleasures, steadfastness in prayers, and total submission to the will of Allah in accordance with the Quranic injunctions. HeĀ appealed to all Muslims especially the youth to continue the good deeds they practiced during Ramadan and reflect them in their daily activities.

The Greater Accra Paramount Chief of Grushie uses the Eidi – fitr celebration to thank his subjects, members of his council and Muslims for their peaceful co-existence and for their commitment to the growth and development of Grushie Community in Ghana.
